At the Law and Mediation Offices of Karen P. Sampson, Esquire, LLC, we pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to secure not just any solution, but the best solution for them given their situation. Whether our clients need our assistance navigating through a difficult divorce, probating an estate, or drafting a Will, we are committed to listening to their needs and working with them to determine the best path for them to achieve their goals and move forward with their lives.
Serving clients in the South Jersey area, our firm offers morning, evening and weekend appointments. We focus on providing Divorce Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Family Law services. As a small firm, we are able to effectively tailor our representation to the needs of each client and understand that no two situations, and no two clients, are the same.
We’ve noticed that nowadays people often appear to be looking for healthier options to resolve issues when a marriage ends or a family dispute arises. Our firm encourages using alternative dispute resolution processes such as Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Divorce when the situation allows and the parties are on board working together to resolve their issues outside of Court.
Attorney Karen P. Sampson is a trained Collaborative Divorce Attorney and an Accredited Divorce Mediator who advocates non-litigious resolution processes as they can provide parties with many benefits including privacy, reduced costs, and a non-threatening negotiation environment where relationships may be strengthened instead of broken. That being said, she also understands that every situation is unique and some matters require zealous representation and litigation in Court.
Our firm recognizes that divorce and estate issues can have a big impact on families and should not be taken lightly. We are compassionately committed and dedicated to helping our clients find the best resolutions that work for their situations. Give us a call today.
Going through a divorce is far from a pleasant experience but working with Karen made it much more bearable. She was extremely responsive to any questions I had and always quick to get back to me. She found a great middle ground between respecting my opinions and wanting to do what she felt was in my best interest. When my divorce was complete, I felt completely confident in contacting her for other legal matters.
Karen worked tirelessly to help me navigate through a difficult divorce. Her responses were immediate, and she gave me excellent advice. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
I was very pleased with the professionalism and willingness to resolve the issues quickly. Most of all she always got back to me right away and always kept me up to date. Mine was very complicated with a number of different issues involved, but Karen was always focused on an expedient and lowest cost resolution with solutions to these complicated problems. I recommend her highly.
Karen is not only very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable, but always treated me with compassion and understanding. Karen successfully guided me through my divorce and I would strongly recommend her expert services.
