DIVORCE MEDIATION

    If family issues arise relating to separation, divorce, custody, post-divorce, or estate administration and probate, consider mediation as a positive approach to resolving the issues.     

    Mediation allows the parties to work together in an effort to resolve issues with the help of a neutral mediator who faciltates discussion, keeping the process as positive as possible during this difficult time.   The parties work together to resolve their issues.

    Mediation sessions are 'pay as you go'.  No retainer is required.  Sessions generally last one to two hours and are charged on an hourly fixed-fee basis.  As every situation is unique, the number of sessions required to mediate in any given matter cannot be predicted.

Sampson, Esquire.  Day, evening and weekend appointments for mediation sessions are available.   In 2005, Ms. Sampson successfully completed a 40 hour mediation training class offered by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education.  Since then she has successfully mediated many family matters and is listed on the New Jersey Roster of Mediators for Economic Aspects of Family Cases.  She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators
