                  DIVORCE MEDIATION

If Family Issues arise relating to Separation, Divorce or Post-Divorce issues consider mediation as a positive approach to resolving the issues.

Mediation allows the parties to work together in an effort to resolve issues with the help of a neutral mediator who faciltates discussion, keeping the process as positive as possible during this difficult time.   The parties work together to resolve their issues.

Mediation sessions are 'pay as you go'.  No retainer is required.  Sessions generally last one to two hours and are charged on an hourly fixed-fee basis.  As every situation is unique, the number of sessions required to mediate in any given matter cannot be predicted.

If you have unresolved family issues and are interested in pursuing mediation, please call our office to set up an appointment with mediator Karen P. Sampson, Esquire.  Day, evening and weekend appointments for mediation sessions are available.   Ms. Sampson is a trained mediator and since 2005 has successfully mediated many family matters.  She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators
