About Our Firm

At the Law and Mediation Offices of Karen P. Sampson, Esquire, LLC, we pride ourselves in working closely with our clients to help them secure not just any solution, but the best solution for them given their situation. Whether our clients need our assistance mediating a divorce, navigating through a difficult divorce, probating an estate, or drafting a Will, we are committed to listening to their needs and working with them to determine the best path for them to achieve their goals and move forward with their lives.

Serving clients in the South Jersey area, our firm offers morning, evening and weekend appointments.  As a small firm, we are able to effectively tailor our representation to the needs of each client and understand that no two situations, and no two clients, are the same.

We’ve noticed that nowadays people often appear to be looking for healthier options to resolve issues when a marriage ends or a family dispute arises. Our firm encourages using alternative dispute resolution processes such as Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Divorce when the situation allows and the parties are on board working together to resolve their issues outside of Court.

Our firm recognizes that divorce and estate issues can have a big impact on families and should not be taken lightly. We are compassionately committed and dedicated to helping our clients find the best resolutions that work for their situations. Give us a call today.

What our clients have to say

Going through a divorce is far from a pleasant experience but working with Karen made it much more bearable. She was extremely responsive to any questions I had and always quick to get back to me. She found a great middle ground between respecting my opinions and wanting to do what she felt was in my best interest. When my divorce was complete, I felt completely confident in contacting her for other legal matters.
