Karen P. Sampson, Esq. is an attorney and professional mediator in Moorestown (Burlington County) New Jersey. Her practice is focused on Uncontested Divorce, Divorce Settlement Negotiations, Divorce Mediation, Collaborative Divorce, Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
Ms. Sampson graduated cum laude from the State University of New York with a bachelor of science degree in business administration. She earned her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law which included Tax Honors with Distinction. Ms. Sampson has been admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania since 1996.
Ms. Sampson received her initial Divorce Mediation Training in 2005 from the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and her initial Collaborative Law Training in 2010 from Collaborative Solutions, LLC. Since then she has attended hours of advanced training in both of these areas.
Ms. Sampson has served as a founding member, board member and President of South Jersey Collaborative Divorce Professionals, a founding member, council member, and Vice-President of the New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups, and a board member and President of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Burlington County Bar Association, and the Camden County Bar Association.
